4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent expressed when the form is submitted and, where applicable, on taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for the time necessary to answer the enquiry or manage the requested relationship. It may then remain blocked for the applicable statutory periods in order to address possible liabilities.
6. Recipients and providers
Personal data is not sold. Technology providers required for hosting, email, forms and communications may access it — currently IONOS and Google services depending on the functionality — subject to the applicable safeguards. If the user voluntarily starts a conversation through WhatsApp, the terms and privacy policy of that service will also apply.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the processing will use safeguards recognized by the applicable rules, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@nexbrokers.es and identifying your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
8. Third-party data and minors
Anyone who provides another person’s data declares that they have sufficient authorization to do so. The forms are not intended for children under 14; if data sent by a minor without authorization is detected, it will be deleted.
9. Security and updates
Nexbrokers applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. This policy may be updated when processing activities, providers or legal requirements change; the current date appears at the beginning of the document.
